A Regional Performing Arts Center is proposed in downtown Modesto adjacent to the existing City Hall site. All other structures on that block would be removed. The center would include a 1,200 seat Main Stage Theater, a 400 seat Second Stage Theater, a Visual Arts Gallery and a Reception Hall. The total building area would be 83,000 square feet. Estimated sold-out attendance would be a 1,600 persons.
