Document Description
The proposed project entails a general plan amendment and a zone change on a 12.7+/- acre portion of a 107+/- acre parcel. The requested change would facilitate a land division of the site to create three parcels of 3+/-, 4..5+/- and 5.25+/- acres in size, along with a 97+/- acre remainder which would remain designated Agricultural (AG) by the General Plan and zoned AE-37 (Exclusive Agricultural, thirty-seven acre minimum). The proposed land division would result in the potential for one new dwelling unit as two of the three proposed new parcels contain an existing single family dwelling unit.
