Document Description
The proposed project consists of the redevelopment of the six neighborhood retail centers to provide a program to improve and stabilize each retail area to better serve the neighborhood, attract private investment, and promote management practice. Improvements include streetscape and circulation improvements, facade renovation, some building rehabilitation, as well as financial support program. For those retail areas where economic conditions indicate poor retail demand, the Plan proposes the addition of residential, commerce and/or office use.
