Document Description
The proposed project will remodel the private living quarters of the residential facility which houses elderly and handicapped veterans. The project will upgrade badic utilities, fire safety and handicapped access. The proposed project will replace existing,electrial, install new heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), install full fire alarm and sprinkler system and increase the fire ratings in the privately occupied rooms and corridors. Access improvements include a new transition ramp from the accommodate the elderly and handicapped occupants of the building.
The facility improvements will not increase the size or occupancy of the building. Significant exterior and interior features of the historic will not be altered by the project.
