Document Description
Project proposes the demolition of the existing hotel facility and redevelopment of the 15.84 acres site with a new hotel complex (320 room; two, 1-4 story buildings totaling 275,000 square feet) and 302 new multiple-family residential units (eight, 2-4 story buildings with underground parking). Project is designed as one, mixed-use complex with the two land use components sharing access, parking, landscaped grounds and recreation facilities.
