The project proposes the redevelopment of a 15.84 site located at the intersection of El Camino Real and Charleston Road. The property is presently developed with a 344-room 233,000 square foot hotel complex (Hyatt Rickey's Hotel), which includes 47 buildings and landscaped grounds. The existing hotel complex and improvements are proposed to be demolished and replaced with a new 320-room hotel complex (275,000 square feet) and 302 multiple-family residential units. The proposed project would involve the development of 10 new hotel and residential buildings, including sub-surface parking.
