Document Description
CDFG is executing a Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2011-0165-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, BART, for 1) placement of a footing for an aerial guide way system on the upper bank of an unnamed tidally influenced drainage channel, and 2) extension and reconfiguration of a 42-inch culvert within a non-tidal drainage channel to accommodate an underground tunnel. The aerial structure and underground tunnel are associated with the construction of an Automated People Mover system that will transport passenger from the BART Coliseum Station to the Oakland International Airport.
