A Coastal Development Permit and Final Map Subdivision for the re-subdivision of three parcels totaling 10.14 acres in size into nine (9) lots ranging from 20,000+/- s.f. to 194,165+/- s.f. and a zone boundary adjustment shifting the zone boundary line between the RS-20 zone district and the RA-5 zone district to conform to the edge of 30% slope break/edge of heavy vegetation. Additionally, an exeption is requested to the required 40' wide access road easement to serve two of the lots. The parcels are to be served by community water and sewer.
