Document Description
Although the San Dieguito Reservoir Rehabilitation Project and the Flume Replacement Project are seperate projects, they are being addressed in one document for the sake of efficiency, becuase the activities may occur concurrently, and because they have a relationship since the Flume provides the water source for the San Dieguito Reservoir. However, the two projects have independent utility. The individual elements of the two projects are described in the San Dieguito Reservoir Rehabilitation Study prepared by Boyle Engineering for the two Districts (Boyle, April 1999).
