The 46 acre proposed project site is located on the southern portion of a 112 acre property. Construction will include a recreational facility, parking lot, soccer and baseball fields and a proposed sand volleyball court. An access road will be constructed through the site. A debris basin may be constructed at the lower portion of the site. All cut and fill will be balanced on site. All impacts to jurisdictional waters will be permanent.
