The project applicant, YMCA of Southeast Ventura County, proposes to construct and operate of a 36,000 square-foot community recreation center on a 33-acre hillside site in Westlake Village. The center will be a two-story structure with a maximum height of approximately 47 feet above finished grade. The recreation center will include a multi-purpose gymnasium, locker rooms, an indoor swimming pool with a hydro therapy pool and exercise equipment rooms.
