Document Description
The objective of the project is to comply with the Surface Water Treatment Rule, other regulations promulgated by the Safe Water Drinking Act, and to improve the quality of the water served from the Encino Reservoir Complex. The proposed facilities include a membrane filtration plant to filter 6.5 million gallons a day, reconstruction of the existing pumping station and chlorination station, and four 60,000-gallon surge tanks.
