Document Description
The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) has prepared a Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) for the Stone-Encino Water Quality Improvement Project. The objective of the project is to comply with the Surface Water Treatment Rule, other regulations promulgated by the Safe Water Drinking Act, and to improve the quality of the water served from the Stone Canyon Reservoir Complex and the Encino Resrvoir Complex.
