Document Description
The Canyon Crest project includes the development of 367.5 acres of residential and open space areas within the Chino Puente Hills. The residential component includes a maximum of 250 dwellings units, roadways, and manufactured slopes within 218.6 acres of the site, with approximately 148.9 acres to remain as natural open space. The proposed project would be a gated community with two primary access points from Carbon Canyon Road and controlled access from Olinda Drive.
