Document Description
The project proposes two actions: 1) the development of the initial phase of a wastewater treatment plant, and 2) the development of a water booster pump station.
The proposed treatment plant would serve approximately 750 residential units within the proposed Santa Nella Specific Plan area. The proposed initial phase of the wastewater treatment plant would be located on a 54-acre site. The plant would have a capacity of 0.16 million gallons per day, and provide secondary treatment using biochemical oxidation. Treated effluent would be disposed of by pasture irrigation. Although the proposed wastewater treatment plant site is located outside the existing District boundaries, the facility would be operated and maintained by the District.
