The objective of the proposed project is to construct a 290,000 square foot major retail center with two large corporate anchors and a variety of other retail, general commercial, and restaurant uses. The applicant has proposed two seperate development concepts, which, to varying degrees, preserve some of the prominent on-site vegetation along the perimeter of the project (and the Litton Oak).
