Document Description
Acquisition of 196.8 miles of PG&E electrical distribution facilities within the district, separation of the system from the PG&E grid, and long-term operation and maintenance of the system. Laguna will remove a span of conductors at 20 points along the district boundaries, add a new 70/12-kV transmission line, add a new line between existing circuits, adding new circuits along 5 miles of lines, and reconductor 8.5 miles of lines.
