Document Description
The project as approved by the California Department of Corrections involves the construction and operation of an inpatient mental health care facility that could provide up to 18 inpatient beds. The project will be constructed completely within the existing double-fenced security perimeter. No other additional support facilities, significant utilities, on infrastructure improvements at the project site will be required for the project. The project may generate the need for up to an additional 180 new employees. Mitigation measures were identified in the findings of the Mitigation Monitoring Program as a condition of project approval.
