The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) has prepared an Initial Study/Environmental Assessment for construction of a two lane High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) connector form Interstate Route 5 (KP R70.9) to State Route 14 (KP R40.6). The proposed project is located at the northern end of the City of Los Angeles partially within the City of Los Angeles limits and partially within an unicorporated section of Los Angeles County.
