Document Description
The project proposes to widen Interstate 405 with the addition of one high occupancy vehicle (HOV) lane in each direction. The project includes construction of soundwalls, realignment of Culver Blvd. and ramp consolidation at Culver Blvd. (two on-ramps will be removed, and a new off-ramp will be added). Although mostly within state-owned right-of-way, additional properties will need to be acquired.
