Document Description
Construction of a 1,930 square foot (1,130 square feet are within the City's jurisdiction) semi-circular street end overlook with flanking concrete access ramps with a shore protection wall consisting of an interlocking vertical sheet pile system encased in concrete. The overall project also includes demolition of an old lifeguard station, relocation of a drainage pump station, landscaping, public art, and street parking.
