Document Description

The project site consists of a 20-acre parcel proposed for subdivision into four 5-acre parcels. A portion of the parcel, approximately five acres, has been developed with two structures intended to be used for agriculture support operations. No other specific development proposals were submitted with the current request, however, the NR (Natural Resource) District is primarily intended to accommodate a limited range of resource exploration, production, and transportation operations related to the production of petroleum or mineral resources. The zoning district will also accommodate development of limited agriculture related activities. Access to the proposed parcels is from Shafter Avenue. Sewage disposal and potable water will be by individual septic tank and private well, respectively.
