Document Description
This is a revised permit application to construct two industrial buldings on an existing 16.75 acre industrial site. The larger of the two buildings will be 127,218 square feet. This building will consist of 2,500 square feet of office space and 124,718 square of warehouse space. The smaller building will be 43,351 square feet in size, and will consist of 2,500 square feet of office space and 40,851 square feet of warehouse space. A 162,612 square foot building currently existing on the project site. In addition, a total of 329 parking spaces and 4.8 acres of landscaping are proposed. One hundred and ninety six of these parking spaces currently exists on the site.
