The Southwest Clovis Area Redevelopment Plan will implement the 1993 Clovis General Plan; activities of the Redevelopment Plan will be consistent with the General Plan's land use map and applicable policies. Other objectives of the project include securing and ensuring revitalization of the City of Clovis, securing jobs and improving housing opportunities and conditions, removing blight and blighting conditions, and improving the overall condition of the City's housing stock.
