Document Description
Plan approved to permit the construction of a 90,000 s.f. , 180 bed acute care hospital tower in accordance with SB 1953. After construction of the tower, the hospital will remove 41,000 s.f. of the east tower and vacate 21,000 s.f. in the west and south towers. The net gain in square footage wil not be used for additional beds, but for storage, mechanical rooms, basement, and support areas. There are 1685 parking spaces on a 91,684 s.f. lot with hours of operation 24 hours daily.
