Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alktewration Agreement (SAA # 6-155-99) pursuant to section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Henry Chow and Associates. The applicant proposes to construct 125 single-family residential units on the northern half of the 152 acre project site. The proposed Chow project will permanently impact five (5) jurisdictional drainages, totaling approximately 0.58 acre and 2.0 acres of mulefat scrub, including two arroyo willow trees and 0.20 acre of coast live oak woodlands. Impacts to Reaches 1 through 3 total 0.26 acre and Reaches 4 and 5 total 0.32 acre. The project is located in the City of Chino Hills in San Bernardino County.
