Document Description
The projects consists of a detailed study and EA on the construction of a 300-mph Magnetic Levitation transportation system. The initial system will connect a 42-mile segment from Las Vegas to Primm using the alignment provided by the Interstate Highway 15 right-of-way. The transrapid technology uses a vehicle which hovers above the guideway, supported, positioned, and propelled by magnetic force with no physical contact.
