Document Description
Victor Valley Wastewater Reclamation Authority (VVWRA) proposes to establish a mixed solid waste composting operation at a rate of 700 maximum daily tonnage on 50 acres with California Biomass, Inc. as the facility operator. Materials allowed for composting include: animal manure, brush, tree limbs, grass, post and pre-consumer food waste, fishery waste, wood waste, agricultural waste, restaurant grease interceptor waste (liquid form) and liquid food waste.
