Document Description
California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA #R5-2001-0134) pursuant to section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Nova Development Company, 14800 Rinaldi Street, Mission Hills, CA 91345. The applicant proposes to create 81 single-family lots, 1 water tank and 1 open space lot on 198.7 acres. A Conditional Use Permit will ensure compliance with hillside management design review criteria. The existing Arizona crossing (40 feet wide) will be replaced by a culvert crossing (64 feet wide) with concrete wing walls, face walls and grouted rip-rap pads at the discharge site. Three reinforced concrete or corrugated metal pipe culvert crossings will be installed for a total impact of 0.08 acres of streambed.
