Document Description
The Dos Lagos Specific Plan, Annexation No. 94, and the actions and/or plans necessary to facilitate the project include, but are not limited to: A) a Request for Annexation (from Riverside County into the City of Corona), B) a General Plan Amendment, C) a Specific Plan for the Dos Lagos project, D) the adoption of a Redevelopment Area by the City of Corona for the Dos Lagos Specific Plan, F) Resource Agency permitting for the Dos Lagos project, and G) a poosible master subdivision map. The project will annex a total of 929.7 acres into the City of Corona and adopt City zoning, general plan and specific plan designations for a mixed-use project of approximately 542 acres within the larger annexation area.
