Document Description
The La Paloma Generating Project is a nominal 1,048 megawatt natural gas fired power plant currently under construction. The project was certified by the Energy Commission in October 1999. This project modificaiton will allow either propane or natural gas to be used as an ignition fuel in the combustion turbine generators. One air quality Condition of Certification (AQ-7) will be revised to accomodate this change.
