CDFG is executing a Lake and Sstreambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1603 (SAA #5-146-99) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant. Richard Sanchez of Barratt American, Inc. The applicant proposes to replace an existing silted in twelve-inch culvert and road over culverts with rip-rap, concrete head walls, end walls and wing walls placed at the outlet , impacting 0.25 acre of stream. This modification will provide year round access to a proposed residential subdivision consisting of 12 saleable lots. The project is located in eastern Poway, off of Eastvale Road, at Rattlesnake Creek in San Diego County.
