REPLACE PIT TOILET AT BLOOMER POINT, BLOOMER KNOLL, AND BLOOMER GROUP BOAT-IN CAMPGROUNDS. NEW TOILETS WILL BE PREFABRICATED ROMTEC UNITS INSTALLED ON A CONCRETE BASE OVER A POLYETHYLENE VAULT. TOILET SITES AND ACCESS WILL BE SUBJECT TO AN EXCAVATION MONITORED BY A DEPARTMENT QUALIFIED ARCHEOLOGIST.
