Placement of two 24 inch by 30 foot permanent culverts at one location and stream bank protection along a 50 foot and a 35 foot section downstream from the culvert location. Rip rap used for the bank stabilization will extend approx. 4 feet up the bank with reseeding and revegetation of all erodible soil. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Permit (#1003-99) pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1603/
