Document Description
Repair and protection of a structurally threatened dam. This repair process requires the removal and replacement of unstable concrete and reinforcing bar damaged by the erosive effects of the South Fork of the Eel River's bedload. Once the dam exterior can be exposed and repaired, it will be armored with abrasion resistant steel plate.
This project will not result in any changes to the dam structure or its operation.
