Reasons for Exemption
Project consists of road maitenance in the Little Pine Creek area. Stream crossing culverts that do not meet of exceed the 50-year storm event flow or have failed or where Humboldt log crossing are present are scheduled to be replaced during the maintenance process. Failed and undersized culverts have the potential for road damage and sediment movement into the creek. There will be no significant impacts from this project.
