Emergency Permit for disposal of two fused 40 millimeter grenades discovered at the Happy Valley area. The two items were unstble and were destroyed in place. No sandbags were used to contain the blast due to the sensitivity of the items. The detonation treatment occurred at 6:21 p.m. on September 15, 1999.
