Document Description
The Greenfield Burn Dump was one of the County-Operated facilities for disposal of wastes generated from the south areas of Bakersfield, and the surrounding areas of Lamont and Greenfield from 1948-1970. The site remediation work to be performed consists,in general, of cleaning and grubbing, excavating, stockpiling, relocating ash and soil onsite, and placing 2 ft. clean compacted soil over ash areas, grading and fencing.
