This project consists of replacement of failing culvert sections with a new culvert at the location where Rebel Creek travels under Jacoby Creek Road. In its current condition the culvert has the potential to fail resulting in road damage and sidiment movement into Jacoby Creek. There will be no significant impacts from this project.
