Document Description
Project consists of replacing, repairing, and rehabilitating the current creek bank located within the El Morro Beach Mobil Home Park at Crystal Cove State Park. There are five areas that will be stabilized through this project. At these locations longitudinal stone protection will be placed at the toe of the slope with earth filled in between the stone voids and eroded voids. Within the stone and up a portion of the bank, willow cuttings will be placed to help provide continued slope protection. No potential for significant impacts to the environment is anticipated.
