Document Description
The Department of General Services, Building and Property Management Branch, is proposing to paint the exterior of 1220 N Street. This would include re-glazing, patching, priming and painting. All work would be performed in accordance with CAL-OSHA Regulations, EPA Regulations, and Air Resources Board Rules and Regulations. The State Historic Preservation Officer (SHPO) has been consulted regarding this project. The SHPO has concurred that in general, the project meets the Secretary of the Interior Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties, and the project would not result in a significant impact to a historic property.
