Acquisition of a 43.43 acre parcel (APN 2723-001-026,028,030, and 032 and 2723-016 and 019)-Retz property and of a 5-acre parcel (APN 2723-001-018)- Borowitz porperty. The properties provide extensive habitat resources that are integral to the overall Simi Hills ecosystem. Aquisition of these properties will provide an integral component of the California Department of Parks and Recreation acquisition plan for the adjacent Santa Susana Pass State HIstorical Park.
