Document Description
CDFW is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2013-0256-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Placer County Water Agency.
The Ralston Afterbay Sediment Pass-through Project (SPT) consists of re-operating Ralston Dam during high-flow events allowing finer suspended sediments to pass through the dam's low level outlet. The SPT would be conducted whenever inflows into Ralston Afterbay from the Middle Fork American and Rubicon rivers are expected to exceed 3,500 cfs for at least 24-48 hours.
