Document Description
Placer County Water Agency (PCWA) will remove 75,000 cubic yards of sediment upstream of Ralston Dam and place it downstream of the dam on Indian Bar. The Indian Bar disposal is designed to gradually allow entrainement of sediment at high flow to benefit aquatic habitat downstream. PCWA will also operate a low-level outlet gate at Ralston Dam at flows greater than about 3,500 cubic feet per second.
