Document Description
The MPA would establish land use designations and intensities for approximately 49 acres in the San Marin Business Park. The proposed amendment would change the office and light indutrial uses approved in 1979 for the San Marin Commerce Park. The proposed uses would conform to the Business and Professional Office uses as identified in the 1996 City of Novato General Plan. The MPA envisages future development of up to 544,000 square feet, including offices, a hotel, and a restaurant, in one-to five-story structures. The PDP proposes development of a 63,084-gross square foot, three-story office building and parking for 224 cars at 7701 Redwood Boulevard at the corner of Wood Hollow Drive. The 5.5-acre PDP site is one part of the larger MPA study area.
