Document Description
The Justice Facility project consists of a consolidation and relocation of the El Dorado County Courts Facility, Sheriff's Facility and Juvenile Hall, and Jail expansion in two phases. Phase I proposes 135,600 additional square feet with 531 parking spaces. Phase II includes 85,500 additional square feet and a 200 space parking structure.
Environmental impacts anticipated to be addressed in the Draft EIR will include: Earth Air, Water, Plant Life, Animal Life, Noise, Light and Glare, Land use, Natural Resources, Risk of Upset, Population, Housing, Transportation/Circulation, Public Services, Energy, Utilities, Human Health, Aesthetics, Recreation, and Cultural Resources.
