Document Description
The Martell Business Park Master Plan proposes the re-use of the former Georgia-Pacific mill site as a highway commercial center and industrial business park. The Master Plan does not propose any changes in the County's General Plan or Zoning. The Plan, however, identifies areas within the site with designated uses that are either permitted or conditional uses in the County's Industrial Land Use designation and Zoning District.
