The subject property is designated as Murphys Douglas Flat Community Plan-Commercial and zoned C1 - Local Commercial.
Document Description
The applicant requests approval of a Zoning Amendment to add PX [ off Site Parking ] combining zone to the existing C1 [ local Commercial zoned properties. Also requested is a Conditional use Permit for a 70 unit 2 story motel with a pool. In addition, the applicants are proposing a 90 seat full service restaurant and a 1200 square foot "Day-Spa". This project is a redevelopment of a site that has had many uses over the last 50 years. The subject property is located on the west side of State Highway 4, southwest of the intersection of Pennsylvania Gulch Road and State Highway 4 within Murphys. The project site [APN 66-004-44 and 66-004-45 ] is within a portion of Section 8, T3N, R14E within the Murphys Townsite].
