Document Description
A Special Permit for unpermitted development of a property adjacent to the Little Van Duzen River, also known as the South Fork Van Duzen River. The parcel was originally developed in the 1930's with cabin and outbuildings. The parcel was further developed in 1985 with a single family residence without appropriate grading and building permits. The 1985 construction occurred within or adjacent to a designated Streamside Management Area or Other Wet Area influenced by the river.
