The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes to reclaim an existing sand and gravel materials site east of State Route 395 at KP 184.59 (PM 114.7) 4.83 Kilometers (3.0 Miles) east of Topaz in Mono County. No permanent buildings or equipment would be constructed or stored on site. A total of 1.98 ha (4.9 acres) would be reclaimed.
